Our eating habits have significant environmental impact. It is a key driver of climate change. To promote the practice of “use less, waste less”, with the joint efforts of most caterers on campus, we shall re-launch the “Less Rice for $1 Less” and “Bring Your Own Reusable Container” programs with effect from 1 September 2016:
A. “Less Rice for $1 Less”
Objective: to promote less food wastage.
Mechanism: purchase any of the following food dishes and ask for less rice (1/3 of the rice portion) to enjoy a discount of $1.

Mechanism: purchase any of the following food dishes for takeaway with you own reusable container to enjoy a cash rebate of $1.
